Black Dragon Self-defense is a system created by Jody Jay Watson. Jody has spent many years training and learning techniques from various systems such as Dim mak, Ninjutsu, boxing and other systems. He also holds a 1st degree blackbelt in Taekwondo with the World Taekwondo Federation and was a Taekwondo instructor while he took Taekwondo. Jody has competed in 7 Taekwondo and Tang Soo Do tournaments. Jody has combined a lot of knowledge into this system and created a new purely self-defense system. This is not a sport art.
About Black Dragon Self-defenseIn this system you will learn techniques to totally finish an attacker. These techniques in this system are good especially for women to defend themselves, whereas a lot of traditional martial arts aren't really effective for women against bigger stronger attackers.

In this system from white belt to first degree blackbelt you will learn to use your hands and feet and body as a weapon. You will learn the rapid fire method which you will be able to throw at least 6 punches in one second, the hurricane strike which can destroy a boxers combinations and self-defense against different attacks. One of the advanced techniques is the anaconda choke strike.
From 1st degree blackbelt to master blackbelt in this system you will learn to use weapons and swing them like they are part of your body and use the rapid fire method making you unstoppable.
